This Course is for the beginning attorney who has done 5 or less bankruptcies and is excellent for sending your staff and paralegals to learn or re-learn the Basics of Bankruptcy and Chapter 7.
Topics will include: How to properly complete and amend Schedules and other required filings; How to convert to other Chapters; The basics of how to complete the means test form; How to get the Meeting of Creditors closed in one visit; Basic client interviewing; Using the new electronic delivery system for certain trustees.
This is part of a three-seminar series. Attendance at all three sessions is not required; attendees may choose to receive credit for one, two or all three.
