April 11/Seattle: Dealing with Anger during Mediation (Your Own and Others’)

Join us for a brown bag discussion with Wallace Wilkins, Clinical Psychologist, Leadership Coach and Workplace Mediator, about helping disruptive people work productively in mediations. With this program, you’ll identify exactly what prompts angry episodes—and what you can do about it. By taking practical actions to deal with disruptive individuals ahead of time, mediators can prevent episodes of anger—and handle anger when it occurs during mediation.
Come the first time for free! The King County Bar Association ADR Section is open to all professional mediators –not just attorneys - students are free.
