May 6/San Francisco: The EEOC Process and the Rights of Federal Employees

This program will review discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims initiated by federal employees. It will include an overview of the administrative process required of all federal employees, the claim’s progression through the EEOC, and EEOC hearings.
All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
