June 25/San Francisco: Ellis Act Evictions #MCLE

This training will provide an overview of the Ellis Act as a “just cause” for eviction under the San Francisco Rent Ordinance. It will cover the legal protections for seniors and tenants with disabilities, highlighting strategies for defending long-term tenants faced with Ellis Act evictions.

All active ALRP Panel Attorneys and associates at partner pro bono law firms are welcome to attend any of ALRP’s free MCLE trainings. Attorneys who are not currently members of the Panel are requested to join our Panel and accept two ALRP referrals in the next year. Pre-registration is required to attend.
