October 23: Cleveland - Looking Ahead: Estate Planning for the New Senior Citizen #MCLE

Bradley Greene, an elder law attorney at Bartimole Greene Co., LPA, will speak on the topic of “Medicaid Planning.” Greene is involved with numerous professional organizations including the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association and the Eldercare Professionals of Ohio.
Linda Rich, an elder law attorney serving Northeast Ohio, will focus her discussion on “Planning for Incapacity.” Rich is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, The National Council on Aging, the Aging Services Network, and serves on the Alzheimer’s Advisory Board of Homewood Residence.
Maria Shinn, an attorney focusing on estate planning, elder law and non-traditional couples/families, will discuss “Estate Planning for LGBT Seniors.” Shinn is a proponent of legal protections for non-traditional families and speaks on the subject of legal issues for LGBT seniors and families.
