We will review a sample prospectus and discuss where these non-obvious issues may present themselves. We will also discuss what disclosure may be appropriate with respect to these issues.

Andrew D. Bloom - Andrew Bloom’s practice focuses on the tax aspects of financial products, structured finance and investment funds.
