April 1: San Francisco - A Conversation with Judge Marilyn Hall Patel #MCLE

In this informal interview setting, Judge Patel will discuss substantive issues arising in cases she saw during her career, as well as issues facing courts and litigants today. These range from criminal law issues to complex problems of intellectual property law to the rising role of arbitration. Judge Patel will also give her views on judicial appointments and confirmation, and share her experiences as a woman on the bench.
