  • Jordan Turk is a practicing attorney in Texas, and is also the Legal Technology Advisor at Smokeball. Her family law expertise includes appeals, pre and postnuptial agreements, as well as complex property division and highly contentious custody cases. In addition, Jordan has given CLEs across the country on topics ranging from client relationships to proper trust account management. Jordan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Classics, History, and Religious Studies. She then went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law to earn her J.D. After almost four years of practice with a high-asset family law firm in Houston, Jordan discovered the world of legal technology which ultimately brought her to Smokeball. Jordan has authored and co-authored many articles that you can find in various state bar publications and around the internet. Passionate about giving back to her community, Jordan makes a point of taking pro bono cases whenever possible.
  • A passionate marketing and business development specialist Chelsey Lambert has dedicated her career to serving legal technology providers. Her over fourteen-year tenure includes an impressive track record of executing programs as a leader in sales, marketing, operations and product development. During which time she also served as a Practice Management Advisor for the Chicago Bar Association, authored the 2017 Legal Technology Buyers Guide, Co-Authored the Legal Operations Field Guide series while garnering praise as a nationally renowned legal technology speaker and ABA TECHSHOW faculty member. To accelerate growth within the legal vertical, Chelsey Lambert joined forces with her Legal Tech Media Group (LTMG) Co-Founder, Cathy Kenton. Her focus as Chief Tactical Officer is to oversee the successful execution of all marketing and sales projects for clients. An Enterprise HubSpot Marketing and Sales Certified Agency Professional her experience implementing automation, workflows and sales optimization programs delivers consistent results and ROI for LTMG clients.
Credit:
This program is eligible for 1 hour of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 50 minutes of CLE credit in 50-minute states. Credit hours are estimated and are subject to each state’s approval and credit rounding rules. CLE credit has been applied for in the following states: AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IA, MN, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WV, WI, and WY.
