Description:
A faster, cleaner final review.
In long legal documents, small mistakes slip past your review: a term defined one way on page three and used differently on page 30, or a cross-reference pointing to the wrong paragraph. Barron Henley shows you how to run checks fast in MS Word, and where AI catches what can be easily missed. He’ll cover what to check first when a filing’s due in an hour, and what you should never hand to AI.

In this CLE/CPD-eligible* webinar, you’ll learn how to:
  • Apply Word’s revision tools (Track Changes, Compare and Combine, and Editor) alongside AI assistants, to manage multiple versions and reconcile them into one final document.
  • Catch mistakes that slip through review, things like defined terms used inconsistently, headings out of sequence, and cross-references that don’t match, using both Word and AI.
  • Prioritize the checks that protect your duty of competence, and know what still needs your own eyes after AI takes a pass.
Duration: 60-minute session, plus a 30-minute demo of Clio Work at the end.
Can’t make the date? Sign up anyway—we’ll send a recording to everyone who registers!

November 13: AI That Works for Your Firm: Customize GPTs for Marketing, Intake & Cases

Generative AI waits for instructions. Custom GPTs built for your firm take action proactively. Ever spent more time guiding AI than actually getting work done? You prompt, it guesses, you correct… over and over.
Custom GPTs flip the script: you train them on your firm’s playbooks, templates, set clear goals, and they take action—reducing the need for constant direction.
Whether this sounds exciting or a little intimidating, it marks a shift from tools that wait for instructions to systems that actually get things done for your firm.
In this CLE-eligible* webinar, we will explore how to:
  • Train custom GPTs on your firm’s playbooks for precise, compliant outputs.
  • Explore Intake GPT, Settlement Maximizer GPT, and Marketing GPT—tools that will exceed your expectations for what AI can do.
  • Follow a plug-and-play blueprint using your firm’s data and policies to launch immediately.
  • Bonus: See Clio’s AI-powered legal software in action and learn how we help firms deliver fast, accurate results while maintaining bank-level security.

Our upcoming CLE webinar gives you the practical knowledge you need to protect your firm. You’ll learn how to: Identify and address security vulnerabilities in remote work environments Safely integrate AI tools into your legal practice without compromising client data Evaluate technology vendors with confidence—including key questions to ask
