The parameters of what constitutes discrimination in the workplace continue to evolve as new laws and interpretations of existing laws are published. This webinar will examine the new Pregnancy Fairness Act requirements and discuss how caste, weight, and cannabis use are increasingly being recognized as protected under the law.
