With data breaches and security incidents happening daily, it is not a matter of IF you will experience a cybersecurity incident, but WHEN. Cybersecurity threats are growing in scale and complexity and virtually every company in all industries face growing cyber risks. As cybersecurity laws and regulations unfold and consumer lawsuits become the norm, cybersecurity remains a top concern for businesses, including the C-suite. Although there is no substitute for strong cybersecurity management, businesses often look to cybersecurity insurance policies as the last line of defense. However, cyber policies are complex, often confusing, and the cyber insurance landscape is still evolving.
