May 9: The Art of Intake: Getting and Retaining Clients

You don't need to be the best salesman to get clients - you just have to improve your processes. Let us show you how.
Clients dictate the success of your law practice - this is how you get revenue and grow your firm. And arguably, the intake process to procure those clients is the most critical part of managing a practice. This is where mere inquiry transforms into a committed partnership between potential new client and attorney.
Picture this: the initial consultation, a gateway to the entire case lifecycle, where every word exchanged sets the stage for what follows. This is where excellence in intake matters most. It's not just about securing a signature on a fee agreement; it's about cultivating trust and confidence from the get-go.
In this CLE session, we're not just offering tips; we're revolutionizing your intake process. From conflict checks to ensuring prompt retainer payments, every step in the intake process is an opportunity to elevate your practice. Join attorney Jordan Turk as she embarks on a journey to redefine client acquisition and retention in law firms.
In this free CLE webinar, you’ll learn:
  • Where and how to automate your client intake process
  • Tips and strategies to improve your intake process, many of which you can implement immediately in your law firm
  • How to painlessly collect consultation fees, and reduce or eliminate the risk of non-payment
  • What unique provisions you should consider adding into your fee agreements to make clients feel more comfortable
