July 23/Web: The Use of the Form H1200 to Apply for Benefits and Its Relation to the Low-Income Subsidy in Texas #MCLE

This program appears to be intended for attorneys practicing in Texas.
The Form H1200 can be used to apply for programs administered by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission:   Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance (“SNAP” – formerly called “food stamps”), and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
The webinar will discuss how the Form H1200 can be completed and submitted, the follow-up that may be needed in order for the Form H1200 to result in certification for benefits, due process rights that accompany the Form H1200, Low-Income Subsidy under Medicare Part D, and its relation to benefits available through use of the Form H1200.
