  • Stephen Breitstone, Esq., chairs the Tax Law Practice, co-chairs the Trusts & Estates Practice at Meltzer Lippe, and represents clients in Europe, Israel, South America, Australia, and elsewhere. He provides sophisticated tax and estate planning for several large New York real estate families, Wall Street investment bankers, hedge fund managers, corporate executives, and others and has pioneered several sophisticated tax planning techniques, many of which have come into widespread use. He lectures extensively for national organizations, including the New York University Institute on Federal Taxation, where he has served as an advisory board member since 2008 and moderated the 2012 NYU Institute on Federal Taxation panel “The Fiscal Cliff: Where do we go from here?”
  • Stephen W. Shulman is the Founder and Partner-In-Charge of the Anchin Block & Anchin’s Litigation, Forensic and Valuation Services Group.  He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (“CVA”) accredited by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is Accredited in Business Valuation (“ABV”) and Certified in Financial Forensics (“CFF”) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also accredited by the Forensic Certified Public Accounting Society as a FCPA.   • Ashok Abbott, Ph.D., is a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia and a member of Anchin’s consulting team. He provides analytical and research support to members of legal and valuation community. He has served as an expert witness in State and Federal Court for depositions, hearings, and trials. Prof. Abbott's twenty three years of experience in academia, sixteen years of industry experience and fifteen years of litigation consulting experience uniquely qualify him to analyze complex economic issues and apply reasoned opinions to meet the needs of dispute and valuation engagements.
