7. Bankruptcy Code Section 1104(c) and the Appointment of an Examiner.
8. Bankruptcy Code Section 1112 and the Grounds for Conversion or Dismissal of a Chapter 11 case.
9. Recent Developments in Bankruptcy Court Jurisdiction.
