October 1: COVID-19 California Updates: New Laws and New Requirements

September is always a busy time in the California government and this year is no different. In the past few weeks, Governor Newsom has signed a number of bills governing the workplace, including new notice requirements for COVID-19 exposure, expansion of family leave, and extending the workers' compensation rebuttal presumption. There are also a number of new posting requirements. The federal agencies have been similarly active, updating guidance and issuing new regulations. California remains a challenging environment and employers must remain vigilant in order to keep up with the various changes in federal, state, and local law. Join us for this one-hour webinar discussing these new developments and the best practices for addressing these challenges.
