July 18: Navigating AI Regulations for In-House Counsel: A Deep Dive into US and EU Regulations

As jurisdictions race to understand and build appropriate regulatory and governance structures around artificial intelligence, the EU is frequently regarded as the frontrunner. However, the US is forging its own federated approach and isn’t necessarily behind.

Ultimately, the choice won’t be either-or.  Join us on Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 12pm ET / 9am PT for the next edition of our IHC AI for In-House Counsel Series, as Devika Kornbacher, Co-Head of the Global Tech Group, Clifford Chance, and Dr. Holger Lutz, Partner, Clifford Chance, to learn why.
Discussion topics include:
  • Overview and Comparative Analysis of AI Regulation: EU vs. US
  • Implications for Multinational Organizations

  • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
  • Future Trends in AI Regulation, and more!
