ACLU-WA cooperating attorney Jay Brown explores current issues and challenges surrounding the separation of church and state, focusing on religious monuments in the public square. Cases include recent Ten Commandments decisions, the ruling in Pleasant Grove City, Utah v. Summum, and the Mojave Desert and Mt. Soledad cross cases.
