May 7/NYC: How Patent Reform and AIA Has Impacted Your Business - Followed by Happy Hour!

In September 2011, Congress passed the most sweeping changes to the U.S. Patent Law in the past 50 years.   These changes have been phased in over the past 18 months,  with the most recent  changes being implemented in March 2013.  In this presentation, key aspects of the America Invents Act will be reviewed, and the impact of their implementation discussed.   Whether you are an experienced IP counsel or a corporate generalist, this must-attend meetup will leave you with a clear and thorough understanding of what these sweeping changes are and what implications they hold for your business.
Due to limited space, priority will be given to members who are currently employed as in-house counsel.
