August 18: Gimme the Loot: Issues Pursuing Looting, Vandalism, and Arson Subrogation Claims

With the recent spate of social unrest sweeping across the globe, there has been a sharp uptick in looting, vandalism, and arson damage as well as related property damage, which has touched upon both personal and commercial lines. Unfortunately, the majority of these claims fail to present viable avenues for subrogation recovery. Although laws differ by jurisdiction, this webinar will discuss the general issues in pursuing perpetrators, governmental entities, and other potentially responsible third parties as well as best practices.
