February 20: Ethics Jeopardy: Answers and Questions

Now in its 18th year, Clifford Law Offices has sponsored free programs on professional responsibility on many subjects — from client communication and trial work to preparing witnesses and social media.
The 2025 program, “Ethics Jeopardy: Answers and Questions” will delve into many subjects confronting lawyers in their daily lives. For two hours, an all-star ethics panel will discuss hypotheticals — some based on real cases — to help lawyers understand how to do the right thing.
Issues such as use of artificial intelligence, delegating responsibility to non-lawyers and the use of social media platforms in one’s practice are just some of the hypotheticals that will be posed to the panel of speakers.
Please join us for two hours of ethics education on the web.
