December 18: Empowering Senior Lawyers: Tools for Staying Relevant & Skilled

At some point, all lawyers must consider how their age and abilities may affect their continuing competence for practice. This course will discuss strategies to stay up-to-date with modern practice tools and cover the ethical implications that are now part of practicing law. Moreover, we will cover the process of transitioning out of practice and the ethical rules and procedures that can assist lawyers heading for retirement.
