June 19: Automation for the Reluctant Lawyer: No Jargon, No BS, Just Results

If you’ve ever been at your office drafting pleadings and watching the clock strike 10pm and thought, “there has to be a better way to do this,” you’re not alone. Many of us are drowning, and it’s hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when our caseloads are ever increasing. This is exactly what automation is meant to alleviate for legal professionals.
In a nutshell, automation exists to help you eliminate repetitive tasks (think copying/pasting case captions, inserting the parties’ names in a final order, populating the cause number in a memo, assigning a deadline to a legal assistant, etc.). All of these tasks can add up and keep you from being able to leave the firm by 5pm. So, let’s forget the overcomplicated tech talk, and join attorney Jordan Turk as she takes you through a FREE CLE session designed for real lawyers with real caseloads, who need real solutions.
Come find out how your colleagues are harnessing the power of automation to get themselves more organized and more efficient so that they can spend more time actually working their cases.
‍In this free CLE webinar, you'll learn about:
  • Document Automation – how to generate routine legal documents (pleadings, briefs, memos, letters, etc.) in minutes
  • Workflow Automation – how to streamline law firm tasks (intake, case management, etc.) and never miss a deadline
  • Real-World Tools – the best automation tools for law firms, from simple template builders to AI-driven solutions
  • How to Get Started – Practical steps to start automating today, both with technology and manually.

Speaker:
Jordan Turk is a practicing attorney in Texas, and the Director of Attorney Education and Development at Smokeball. Her family law expertise includes complex property division and contentious custody cases, as well as appeals and prenuptial agreements. In addition to her family law practice, she’s passionate about legal technology and how it can revolutionize law firms.
Jordan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Classics, History, and Religious Studies and then went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law to earn her J.D. After almost four years of practice with a high-asset family law firm in Houston (and after being frustrated at the lack of automation in her firm), she discovered the world of legal technology which ultimately brought her to Smokeball.
In Hacking Law Firm Success with Jordan Turk, she interviews law firm founders about how they grew and scaled their practices, as well as their ethos behind managing a firm.
