About the Speaker:
Mr. Tidball‑Binz is a medical doctor specializing in forensic science, human rights, and humanitarian action. Over the past 40 years, he has conducted fact‑finding, technical assessments, and capacity‑building missions in more than 90 countries. His work has advanced the global use of forensic science to investigate and document unlawful killings, enforced disappearances, torture, and detention conditions. He currently holds academic appointments at Monash University, the University of Chicago, the University of Coimbra, and the University of Milano.
