August 12: International Space Law: A Primer

Description:
This one-hour CLE will provide attorneys with a practical introduction to the legal framework governing activities in outer space.

The program will address the foundational space treaties, key principles such as non-appropriation, jurisdiction, liability, and international responsibility, and the evolving role of private entities in commercial space activities.

It will also touch upon current policy developments affecting space commerce, exploration, and the transition toward a more commercially active space economy.
