You will understand how analytics inform counsel’s ability to assess the unique experiences of the court, judge, parties, and counsel involved in a case, as well as the ethical considerations that come into play in this process.
As a result of attending this session, the learner will be better able to:
- Identify situations in which analytics enable data-informed decisions for litigation strategy and business development.
- Identify ethical rules relevant to common use-case scenarios for using analytics in practice.
