The second installment of the ACLU of Washington's 2010 "Law & Liberty" CLE series is presented by ACLU-WA staff attorney Rose Spidell and TeamChild staff attorney Nicole McGrath. They will discuss racial disparity in discipline; efforts to dismantle the school-to-prison pipeline, in which children are criminalized rather than educated; and civil rights of students and their families.
