Dec 14/Web - New Search and Review Technologies

This audio Webcast explores the language barrier between how lawyers and experts see search terms.  The material covers recent case law on search terms, how “search terms” impact how lawyers communicate with experts, and how forensic/e-Discovery professionals search electronically stored information.  This program also discusses terms of art between the two professions, how attorneys evaluate the beginning of a lawsuit, how forensic experts determine a search methodology, and best practices in working together.
