June 12/St. Paul, MN: No-Fault Arbitration #MCLE

This one hour program will be an overview of the process for arbitration of Minnesota no-fault hearings. The no-fault arbitration is an informal proceeding with no courtroom, court reporter, or jury. We will cover topics such as medical records, evidence needed to substantiate claims for mileage, wage loss, and replacement services; direct and cross examination; gaps and overlaps in treatment, and other topics. (60 minutes).
