June 27: San Francisco - Supreme Court Review #MCLE

Come join our all-star panel of Supreme Court experts for a lively discussion of the significant cases of the 2013-2014 Term, including Riley v. California (addressing warrantless cellphone searches, and argued by two of our panelists), Schuette v. Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action (regarding Michigan's ban on affirmative action), Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores (whether companies may deny employees health coverage for contraceptives based on religious views), and cases concerning the federal government's authority to regulate greenhouse gas sources.
