January 29: The Future of Litigation

Join us for an online lecture on The Future of Litigation featuring: Richard Susskind, President, Society for Computers and Law.
Susskind, a best-selling author, futurist, legal tech expert, and adviser to major law firms and national governments, will discuss how lawyers may prepare for the disruption brought by technology, costs, and competition to litigation and advocacy. The legal world’s “business as usual” model is being impacted by new, non-lawyer, competitors trying to lure clients. Susskind will share how lawyers can adapt to new and evolving technologies radically changing the litigation landscape. Susskind’s visionary approach will challenge those working in litigation to re-envision the practice of law while preserving the profession.
