April 14: Practicing With Professionalism During the Pandemic

Our topic will cover the rapidly changing legal practice landscape due to the Pandemic, the obstacles of quarantine, virtual practice, and the increased dangers of malpractice as a result. The focus of the program is to bring to light the risks to small and solo practitioners in recognizing the limitations of virtual client communications, risks to confidentiality, recognizing and resolving conflicts of interest, and expediting litigation. Participants in the program should leave with a much greater understanding of the risks of loss of professionalism, and the resources available to them to avoid malpractice.
