Attorney Richard Dvorak, with offices in Chicago and Willowbrook, will cover the basics of litigating a lawsuit against the police based on the withholding of evidence in violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963), including where and when to file, immunities and defenses, and strategies for finding further Brady materials during civil discovery, and proving up Brady violations.
