June 9: Additional Insureds & Contract Indemnification Part II

By popular request, this webinar will be a follow up to the February 10, 2021 webinar, “Who is an Additional Insured? What Insurers Need to Know.” Attendance at the prior presentation is not a pre-requisite, as this presentation will still provide a basic overview of additional insured coverage and contract indemnification.
The presenters will then proceed to answer frequently asked questions and discuss examples from practice and from case law. Registrants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance, as well as during the live webinar, and the presenters will answer as many questions as time permits.
