In recent years, some companies have taken steps to limit the ability of consumers to repair the products they purchase. John Deere and Apple are among the companies that have been in the news in the battle over the right to repair
This basic class will look at some of the legal issues surrounding the right-to-repair movement including the impacts of intellectual property law, antitrust law, and consumer protection law.
