Microaggressions are defined as the everyday, subtle interactions or behaviors that communicate some sort of bias toward historically marginalized groups. In this seminar, you will learn to recognize microaggressions that can occur in the courtroom setting, as well as strategies for intervening, interrupting, and supporting others when faced with these situations. Our faculty will also share ways to recognize and address your own biases.
