March 26: Resilience in Practice

Join us to learn about trauma-informed approaches to maintaining resilience as a legal professional. We begin the session with a brief overview of the research showing that the practice of law is stressful and at times traumatic for attorneys. We will then explore the impact of stress and trauma on our functioning, and we’ll learn different strategies for responding to stress and maintaining our resilience in a highly stressful profession.
