International data transfers have evolved in recent years. Legal and contractual requirements for cross-border personal data transfers are changing, and enabling tools have been updated. In this Mini-CLE hosted by the Business Law Section's Privacy Sub-Committee and the International Practice Section, we will discuss new and updated data transfer rules and mechanisms, best practices for vendor risk management, and guiding clients in the current environment for international transfers.
