This seminar is one in a series of continuing legal education programs offered free of charge by members of the Coalition for Continuing Legal Education. The Coalition is an informal consortium of representatives dedicated to offering relevant programs to public practice attorneys.

Registrations will not be accepted over the telephone, by fax, or at the
door. You will be advised of your registration status electronically, so please provide an
accurate e-mail address. If you need to cancel your seminar registration, please do so before 12:00 noon on Thursday, May 28, 2009 to allow persons on the waiting list to be contacted. In the case of an
emergency preventing your attendance, you still must make the effort to contact the program
registrar. Unexplained failure to attend will be recorded and under State of Ohio Public Practice CLE Coalition guidelines, TWO NO-SHOWS within a consecutive TWELVE-MONTH
PERIOD will result in the loss of priority registration privileges for one year from the date of the
second occurrence. If you need to cancel your registration, or have any other questions,
