Oct 6/Web - Reclaiming #Arbitration: Designing and Implementing a Practical and Cost-Effective Process

International arbitration theoretically offers a safe, quick, and affordable alternative to protracted litigation in farflung venues. But it often fails to deliver on its promise, providing litigation by another name with all the costs and none of the benefits. In this presentation, we offer practical tips and suggestions on how to make arbitration work as it was supposed to, from drafting the arbitration clause to conducting the hearings.
