May 1: San Francisco - Restorative Justice and Our Communities: A Panel Discussion #MCLE

“Restorative justice” is a term frequently used to describe alternatives to our traditional juvenile and criminal justice systems and school discipline processes. But are the alternatives being implemented really “restorative”? What impacts are they having on our communities and on the individuals who participate in them? How have they served to redress the harms caused to victims and society as a whole? This panel features perspectives from lawyers on the front lines of the restorative justice movement and debate.
