The discussion will focus on the Ohio Constitutional Modernization Commission’s current efforts to revise the constitution on a wide range of issues, including congressional redistricting, term limits, privacy, voting, the initiative/referendum, and education.

Dean Emeritus Steven Steinglass, a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, is a leading authority on state constitutional law and the co-author of The Ohio State Constitution: A Reference Guide. He was 31 years on the faculty at Cleveland-Marshall, serving as dean for nine years.
