Fastcase doesn't appear to be accredited anywhere. Their certificate of attendance doesn't even say it is CLE that they were presenting. David Schierholz, admitted in New York and New Jersey
ReplyDeleteI originally wrote a comment when a rather generic certificate showed up- evidently it didn't publish (noted that what I received was not a CLE cert). Two more subsequently showed up that were CLE certificates that appear on my phone to be proper form CLE certs for New York and New Jersey. Presenter was pleasant and smooth, but this (Ethics and Legal Research, presented March 28) was a sales piece. Fair amount of hyperbole about updating legal research.
