November 10: More Than Just COVID-19: The Year in Review – Part I

While 2020 may have been dominated by COVID-19 (and the changes both in the law and how we work that resulted), the Supreme Court, the lower courts and the EEOC have remained active issuing opinions and guidance that directly impact the workplace. These key developments should not be ignored. Employers need to be fully informed about these developments to ensure they meet company objectives and fulfill their legal obligations. Please join us for our annual fall seminar in a new webinar format. This informative program will: Report on recent developments in labor and employment law Explain the impact of these developments on workplace policies and procedures Provide practical, real-world insights into pressing HR problems Highlight appropriate actions to take and best practices when faced with difficult workplace situations The Year in Review Labor and Employment webinar will take place over two sessions. The first session on November 10, 2020 will focus on developments in the Supreme Court and the lower courts as well as the EEOC. Be on the lookout for our upcoming invitation to the second session on December 2, 2020. In the second session, we will review developments in the ADA, the FMLA, NLRA and other areas.
