December 9: COVID-19 Issues and Challenges for California Employers

We end 2020 in the midst of a COVID-19 surge and begin the new year facing not only the continuing challenges caused by the pandemic but also additional obligations arising from laws that go into effect at the start of the year. As we close out the year, we will review 2020 and discuss what to expect in 2021.

In this webinar, we will look at issues related to the winter surge, including new tier requirements (and a possible return to shelter-in-place); CAL/OSHA’s temporary emergency standard; vaccines; employer testing; supplemental paid leave; and employer notice and reporting requirements.
