This discussion will provide information about how COVID-19 has impacted LGBTQ+ communities statewide and will offer an overview of common legal issues arising in LGBTQ+ communities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendees will also share best practices and litigation strategies for serving LGBTQ+ clients.
