March 26: Burnout Prevention: Harnessing the Tools of Time and Thought Tracking to Set You Up for Continued Success

The past 12 months have brought plenty to be stressed out about. Adding a pandemic, economic insecurity, and working remotely to the usual challenges of running a law firm can leave even the most organized and efficient among us vulnerable to burnout. This webinar identifies the signs of burnout in the legal profession and offers tools and techniques to mitigate its negative effects in your law practice.
This webinar addresses:
  • How stress impacts the brain, and why lawyers are a vulnerable population when it comes to burnout
  • How to identify the signs of burnout, anxiety, and depression in lawyers
  • The ethical implications of unmanaged stress and burnout in the legal field
  • Tools and techniques to prevent and mitigate lawyer burnout and the increased likelihood of anxiety and depression.
You can't be efficient at work if you’re burned out. The troubles and uncertainty that we all faced in the last year has forced us to take wellness in the workplace more seriously. Smokeball is committed to making legal professionals' lives easier and more productive by starting with the people behind the firm name. Now is the time to focus on personal growth for your firm!
