March 22: What Employers Need to Know About the American Rescue Plan Act

The American Rescue Plan Act has been signed into law. The Act includes a number of significant changes to COBRA, pension funding, dependent care flexible spending accounts, and other tax changes. This webinar will review what employers need to know and the actions they should take to comply with this new law.

• Changes to COBRA administration, including the new federally subsidized COBRA benefits and the required notices employers must send to eligible individuals
