Specifically, the webinar will cover an overview of two agency memoranda issued by the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the agency that oversees immigration courts, on guidance for children’s cases in immigration court and pro bono services.
The webinar will also include a panel discussion by attorneys in the field to share their experience with juvenile dockets and ideas to effectively advocate for children in immigration court proceedings.
