The EEOC has been busy. It just issued updated guidance on harassment in the workplace and before that, finalized the Pregnancy Fairness Act regulations.

On the state level, California continues to expand the parameters of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, as new laws and interpretations of existing laws are published.

This webinar will examine recent federal developments and discuss how characteristics, such as caste, weight, and cannabis use, are increasingly being recognized as entitled to protection under the law. We will also review recent decisions and best practices to stay ahead of these rapidly changing areas of the law.
